Grand Royale Hyde Park Hotel - London

The hotel offered a full English breakfast, it was included. The venue had a magnificent location right next to Kensington Market. Shopping malls and small markets were right next door:)))

the hotel is centrally situated very close to 2 tube stops which made getting around the city very easy and steps away from queensway tube.

small hotel with beautiful interior design. Hyde-Park and Metro are only a few steps away. Nice and friendly staff. Quietly situated.

At one point or another you have seen that cleanliness is not taken so seriously. In 2019 there should be a toilet brush in every hotel room in the UK by now.

The staff were efficient, a real pleasure to deal with. The double room was compact with a standard bathroom. An electronic key card, a work desk and tea/coffee making equipment worked well.

The breakfast was extensive. The bed very comfortable. The room was small. The wood paneling is a dream !! Staff was very friendly. Great location in London, great !!

I liked the staff, everytime I went to counter, there was a Q of people complaining bout room size, not me I already knew, but they handled it well, I particulary liked the young attendents who were accomadating and one gave me loan...  

Well, I like the location of the hotel, its one minute walking from queensways underground station( central line) this save me a lot of money in transportation, also its 10 minute walking from Paddington for those who are coming from Heathrow by express, its close...  

Very small rooms!! You could barely move in the room. The double bed took all the space that was available. Although the internet was free, which is good, the internet speed was more of a joke. Very little value for what I payed.

The room was very cold and the heating didn't work properly.

What a "Grand" Hotel. Very good location. Heathrow Express to Paddington and 3 tube stations within easy walk. Fantastic staff and very helpful. Loved the apple a day and the Tea and biscuits. Great access to Hyde Park and good neighborhood. Nice historic story to go with the Hotel and a beautiful stylish Manor.

Lovely property. Very stylish and old fashioned. Great Location. Great staff. Nice little touches to make your stay pleasant. Clean rooms made up daily. Nice story of the history of the Hotel.

Rooms and Bed a little small. London prices too expensive.
